Return & refund policy

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a full refund, store credit, or a size exchange.

Returns

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the delivery. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, in the original packaging.

Return process

To return an item, please request a return by reaching out to us by e-mail via support@getsnatchie.com. After receiving confirmation of return, place the item securely in its original packaging with the return form provided, then mail your return to the following address:

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return or exchange. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return or exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

 

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item (size/color), so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
For all returns, please ensure the following conditions are met:

  • Unworn and Unwashed: Items must be in the same condition you received them. We cannot accept items that have been worn, washed, or altered.
  • Original Packaging: Please return the item in its original packaging.
  • Free of Damage: Items must show no signs of wear or damage, unless the product arrived damaged.
  • Special One-Time Exception: In certain cases, we may choose to send you a replacement item without requiring the original item to be returned. If you are not satisfied with the replacement item, you must return both the original and the replacement items to qualify for a refund. This is a one-time exception and subsequent replacements will not be provided without a return.

Exchanges / returns
We hope you love your purchase, but we understand that some things just don't work out as planned. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with an item, you may return it to us for exchange or a full refund less any shipping charges.

  • Return Timeframe: Returns must be requested within 14 days of the delivery date. Items returned beyond this period may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.

  • Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping charges. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we are not liable for any lost or damaged returns.

  • Refund Processing: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. The refund will be applied to the original method of payment. Please note, it may take a few days for the refund to reflect in your account, depending on your bank's processing time.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at support@getsnatchie.com.

FAQs

How long will it take to get my orders?

Due to the influx of orders from our ongoing sale, there will be a slight delay in dispatch. Rest assured, all orders will be shipped within a 24-48 hour timeframe.

Depending on your geographic location, the delivery may take approximately 5-7 business days.

How do i care for my items?

1. Hand wash or use a delicate cycle: To keep your shapewear looking its best, it's important to handle it with care. Hand washing is the gentlest way to clean your shapewear, but if you prefer to use a washing machine, be sure to use a delicate cycle.

2. Use mild detergent: Harsh detergents can damage the delicate fabrics used in shapewear, so it's best to use a mild detergent. Avoid using fabric softeners and bleach, as they can also damage the fabric.

3. Air dry: After washing your shapewear, don't put it in the dryer. Instead, lay it flat or hang it to air dry. Avoid exposing it to direct sunlight, as this can cause the fabric to fade.

4. Store carefully: To prevent your shapewear from getting stretched out of shape, store it carefully. Fold it neatly and store it in a drawer or on a hanger. Avoid storing it in direct sunlight or in a humid environment.

5. Replace when necessary: Shapewear is designed to provide support and contouring for your body, but over time, the fabric may lose its elasticity and effectiveness. Replace your shapewear when it no longer provides the desired support or if it becomes worn or damaged.
